a) $n=\frac{V_{2}}{V_{1}}=\frac{120V}{2400V}=0.05$
b) $N_{1}=\frac{N_{2}}{n}=\frac{50}{0.05}=1000$
c)$I_{1}=\frac{9600VA}{2400V}=4A$ therfore $I_{2}=\frac{4A}{0.05}=80A$
